A low impact class to help you back to fitness and improve your mobility.
HIIT

A HIIT class based on high intensity bursts followed by short recovery periods. It is designed to build muscle and burn fat.
Resistance Bands
45 minutes
This class will tone your whole body. We use resistance bands to challenge your muscles and improve your body shape.
